Booking, Payments & Cancellation
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
Full payment is due at the time of booking.
Electronic and cash payments are accepted.
In case of cancellation, please notify at least 48 hours in advance.
Safety, Care & Liabilities
All dogs must be up-to-date on vaccinations and free from contagious diseases.
We reserve the right to refuse service to aggressive or unruly pets.
We are not responsible for any accidental injury or illness that may occur during your pet’s stay.
Owners will be responsible for any damages caused by their pets to our property or facilities.
Day Care, Sitting & Walks
Owners are required to provide any food, medications, or instructions for their pets.
Premium feeding and bath add-ons are available at an additional charge.
All walks and hikes are conducted in safe, dog-friendly areas.
Owners must provide a suitable harness and leash.
